We currently offer free shipping to all 50 states in the USA. International customers are now also welcome to order from our site via UPS or USPS.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders will now almost always ship within 24 hours on weekdays, but can take up to 3 business days for certain items (especially XL’s and new seasonal styles). If there is an extended delay, for any unforeseen reason, we will send you an email update.

Once your order has shipped, it generally takes 1-3 business days to arrive to you. This is what USPS lists as their transit time, but we have seen it get held up at their sorting centers for additional days from time to time. If it has been delayed an extended period, please don’t hesitate to let us know and we can either work with them on finding your package or send you a new one right away!

My Bad! Shipping information is incorrect, what should I do?

If any part of your shipment information is incorrect please reach out to our customer support team via the Contact page and we will do everything we can to correct the error before the order goes out.

How do I track my order?

Refer to the tracking number provided in your “Order Complete” email notification. This can be used to track your shipment through the USPS website. We will also soon begin sending tracking info via text message to our subscribers.

Where do I find my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are emailed to you when your order has shipped. The bottom of the email will either have a tracking number or a link to our tracking page depending on the type of shipping service your order was sent via.

Not all of our order will have step by step tracking as smaller orders are mailed through USPS Flats (similar to letters). Typically orders of 5 or more items will have detailed tracking info. All others will show when your package is in transit and delivered.

Help! Why is my tracking number not working ?

Sometimes the Postal Service does not update the tracking information system right away. If after 24 hours of receiving your tracking information it still does not work, please reach out to our support team via the Contact page.

My package says delivered but I don't have it, what should I do?

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but it is not at your house, first call your local post office to see if they still have it. Sometimes packages get delivered a day later than when they show if they were automatically scanned. If this is not the case, let us know and we will work with them to locate and/or send you a replacement shipment.
